The Alpinestars SMX Plus boot perfectly blends sleek sports styling with advanced protection features. The durable and light microfiber upper is reinforced with a rugged polymer protector while the exclusive Multi Link Control (MLC) system prevents ankle torsion while offering freedom of movement. The sport fit of the SMX Plus is suited for both use on the track and street. The large front and rear asymmetrial accordion zones are optimized to maximize flexibility for maximum comfort and improved safety. The SMX Plus is equipped with Alpinestars' unique Multi Link Control system which provides advanced external protection and support for ankle articulation, limiting hyper-torsion, hyper-extension and hyper-flexion as well as providing Achilles and ankle impact protection. The inner lacing construction straps your feet securely in the boot.
The SMX Plus comes with a replaceable heel slider and external side heel slider. These are positioned to dissipate and absorb shocks and promote sliding during an accident. The advanced synthetic forefoot lining, laminated with open cell foam for shock absorption and highly breathable lining in ankle and leg areas make sure your feet are comfortable during demanding rides.
The SMX Plus comes in 4 different designs, a perforated VENTED version and even in a waterproof GORE-TEX edition. There is a suitable SMX Plus boot for every rider!
